"Scott Walker's extreme opposition to embryonic stem cell research is out of step with the scientific community and Wisconsin's mainstream. His ideological views threaten scientific research in our state that can save and improve lives, and they jeopardize significant business opportunities and thousands of jobs in Wisconsin's growing tech economy. Here is the clear difference in this election: I will fight to protect and expand crucial embryonic stem cell research; Scott Walker will decimate funding for this research, and in the process decimate hope for a cure for those suffering from Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, spinal cord injuries and more."
